Associate Attorney at Law
after graduation from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague he worked as an articled clerk at MIKŠ & SUK Law Office, attending to general legal agenda, including representation of Clients before courts and other public authorities. In 2007, he worked at Jehne, Vodák and Partners Law Office, specializing in commercial law, unfair competition, intellectual property rights, and also passed a Bar Examination. Since 2008, he has been cooperating with our Law Office, attending to general legal agenda and intellectual property rights with a view to unfair competition and industrial rights disputes.
Dr. Chládek is a member of the Czech Bar Association and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
