started her career at our Office in 2005 as a trademark attorney in the field of Trademark dispute proceedings. Since 2008, she has been a Head of Patent Division. She is a patent and trademark attorney. Martina Mulcahy graduated from the Faculty of Food and Biochemical Technology of the Institute of Chemical Technology and from the Metropolitan University Prague with a Master’s degree in International and Regional Relations in Industrial Property. In 2005, she became a member of the Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
She gained her professional expertise at the Institute of Experimental Botanics of the Czech Academy of Sciences. During her career, she worked as a Product Manager at the pharmaceutic company Fresenius and as a Brand Manager at Gillette and SmitKline Beecham.
Ms. Mulcahy is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), attending their conferences on a regular basis.
