Associate Attorney-at-Law, Patent and Trademark Attorney
after graduation from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, he worked at KUDRLIČKA & SEDLÁK Law and Patent Office in České Budějovice in 2005 – 2008. He finished the Industrial Law Education Institute of the Industrial Property Office in Prague in 2007. In 2008 he successfully passed Patent and Trademark Attorney’s exams and in 2011 he successfully attended bar exams. Tomáš Bejček is an attorney-at-law and an patent and trademark attorney. Since 2009, he has worked at our office as a patent and trademark attorney and since 2012 also as an attorney-at-law, focusing in particular on industrial property law, unfair competition and copyright law, incl. software law and also on further law practice, namely in civil, commercial and administration law branch.
Mr. Bejček is a member of the Chamber of Patent Attorneys and Czech Bar Association.
