Work history: Dr. Radka MacGregor Pelikánová started her practice in the field of intellectual property law in the law firm of Dr. Karel Čermák, where she was an attorney-at-law from 1998 to 2001. Then she was active in advocacy and academia in Michigan, USA. In 2008, she returned to the Czech Republic, where she, as an attorney-at-law, further developed her practice in the field of intellectual property law, commercial law and EU law. Since 2011, she has been primarily active in academia, she is a lecturer at three universities and the author of many publications. Since 2022 she took position of Legal Counsel in KOREJZOVA LEGAL and is involved in consultancy.
Publications: 8 monographs, over 20 chapters in monographs, and over 100 articles in professional journals, predominantly in the field of intellectual property, EU law, strategic management and sustainability.
