The SME Fund continues to strengthen innovation across the European Union by helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) safeguard their intellectual property (IP). Since its launch in 2021, this EU initiative has supported over 95,000 SMEs through reimbursement schemes designed to make IP protection and enforcement more accessible and cost-effective. This autumn, the Fund reopens several of its popular voucher schemes, allowing new applicants to benefit from financial support in managing their IP assets.

Vouchers available from 20 October 2025

As new funds have been made available, the following vouchers reopened for applications on Monday, 20 October 2025:

  • Voucher 1 – IP Scan (IP pre-diagnostic service) and IP Scan Enforcement
  • Voucher 2 – Trade Marks and Designs
  • Voucher 3 – Patents

We encourage all interested parties to stay informed and apply early, as funds are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

For full details on eligibility, application procedures, and available services, visit the official SME Fund website.
